It is a prerequisite for receiving the grant that at the end of the research project and no later than three months after the most recently approved end date, a report is submitted to the emergency medical helicopter's research committee.

If several grants have been received for the same project, a combined report can be made if desired. If the report is not submitted, the research committee can demand repayment of the grant.

The reporting includes:

  1. Summary of the research results in layman's language in both Danish and English, as well as any an updated description of the project on the helicopter scheme's website.
  2. Overview of presentations and publications
  3. Forwarding of any publications
  4. Final accounts for the project (see instructions in "Conditions for receiving a grant")

The reporting form and budget and accounting template must be used for the reporting.
